Many rap and hip-hop artists have a strong passion for sneakers. Some take it as a hobby, while some just want to look fresh. However there is one rapper that does both and more. Wale is easily one of the best hip-hop artist sneakerheads. He does have some strong competition, but he always seems to have the best heat. We here at MyAirShoes do our best to show you every celebrity sighting. We have seen many Wale sightings. Wale has been spotted in Copper and Eggplant Foamposite Ones, so you can say that Wales favorite sneaker is the Foamposite. Well here we Wale in another pair of Foamposite Ones, however this latest colorway is far from its release date. Here we see Wale rocking Nike Air Foamposite One “Metallic Pewter”. We have no confirmation on the release of this colorway, but this should be a positive sign.

Etnies Jamison 2 Clerks Edition

If 2010 finishes, and you still have not seen any of the Jay and Silent Bob movies of the Clerks, then there could be really something wrong with your movie knowledge or collection. Kevin Smith is a genuine comic genius even if he does things completely in silent mode all throughout the Jay and Silent Bob’s crazy adventures. Well here is what is more interesting to learn. Kevin Smith is also a sneaker fanatic and collector as well. Recently, he has collaborated with the Etnies to come up with a new pair that we will take a closer look at today. This is called the brand new Etnies Jamison 2 Clerks Edition.

These have colorways of simple black and white that was spotted at the 2010 Comic Conference. It has uppers made out of suede with the word Clerks right on its side panels. It also has the screenshot of Jay and Silent Bob on the shoe’s insoles.

We all know how much Fat Joe loves his sneakers. If you remember, Fat Joe licked the bottom of one of his shoes on an episode of MTV Cribs. All sneakerheads have done that at least once, just not on cable TV. Here we see Fat Joe in a pair of Copper Nike Air Foamposite One. Some people even go as far as the best colorway ever used on any pair of Jordan’s. Well here we see a pair of True Blue 3s on the feet of Curren$y, a rapper from New Orleans. We reached the half way point of 2010 just two weeks ago, so many are probably arguing the best sneakers 0f 2010 so far. Well DJ Clark Kent has been doing the same as he has narrowed the best sneakers of 2010 to only 10. The reason I said only is because there has been so many great sneakers in 2010 so far, and it’s really hard to bring it to 10. But if anybody could bring it down to 10, it would have to be DJ Clark Kent. DJ Clark Kent has been heavily involved with the sneaker industry for years, so he knows his Jordan’s and Nikes. Michael Jordan @ Grand Opening of Solefly

Solefly, a sneaker boutique located in South Florida, has stolen the hearts of sneakerheads around Miami. The store has impressed many, especially Air Jordan heads. The store is made with a Jordan inspired design featuring red, black, and white. A huge Jumpman is located on the floor of the store, which is the focal point of the entire boutique. Solefly opened a couple of months ago, but the official grand opening party was July 10th, 2010. Solefly managed to get a couple of famous guests, with the biggest one being Michael Jordan. MJ was rocking the black and yellow colorway of the Air Jordan 1 High Strap. Other guests included Charles Oakley, Patrick Ewing, Tim Hardaway, Bernard Hopkins and Timbaland. Kanye West in Air Jordan 6 Infrared

Kanye West is a noted name in the entertainment industry today. He first emerged to fame being a co-producer for Roc-A-Fella Records who were always associated with the sneaker leader, Nike. He got his own signature shoe from the brand and endorsed them highly as the Nike Air Yeezy and even went pursuing some collaborations.

Most of the time, Kanye West gets seen wearing some comfortable pair of sneakers aside from the one that Nike has set for him. He also added up some more Jordans to his own sneaker collection like the Air Jordan 6 Infrared. Last month, he was seen in the JFK International Airport in New York catching a flight to LA. He was seen wearing this pair of Air Jordan 6 Infrared in black and infrared colors.

These sneakers come in uppers of black suede with a heel pull tab that is Porsche inspired along with the lace locks and the Jumpman logo.

Tom Cruise as Less Grossman On A Pair Nike Air Max Hyperize

Yes, that is Tom Cruise! Believe it or not! He plays the character of Less Grossman in the Tropic Thunder film which was a comedy film produced and directed by Ben Stiller. Tom appeared last July 6, 2010 at the MTV Movie Awards.

He was dressed up in his Less Grossman outfit along with a pair of Nike Air Max Hyperize. These really cook sneakers made his outfit more cranky and really brought a different ambiance to the crowd. This pair of Nike Air Max Hyperize was one of the latest releases of this year under the family of the Hyperize line.

If you would remember well, it has a flywire design with white, black and gold colors. This is a perfect combination for Tom’s attire with all the glittering gold of its swoosh as he shakes his booty on stage with Jennifer Lopez. The whole dance was really impressive!

It was just last month when we featured an exciting featured event about the LovePastry.com. Now here is yet another exciting event that they will hold that you would surely look forward to – especially for all the ladies in the house!

Vanessa and Angela is up for coming up with a new pair of shoes. Take note: this is not the ordinary, lifestyle and fashionable sneakers. It is a new dance shoe! But they plan to keep things in secret first to keep all the excitement going. But the only thing we can tell about these fresh shoes is that they are sure to meet three F’s of requirement: Fun, Fit & Fly!

Over the past couple of days, we have seen some major hip-hop artists in some serious heat. Both Drake and Kanye West were seen in a pair from the Air Jordan VI Infrared Pack. Well another hip-hop artist has been seen is some serious heat, way more serious than the Air Jordan VI Infrared Pack. Here we get a look at Wale, who we have seen many times here on MyAirShoes. A while back, Wale gave complex his 50 favorite sneakers. Well Wale does it once again as he is seen here in some black and pink Air Yeezys. Wale has clearly proved that he’s a legit sneakerhead.
