Remember the High School days? Those are some of the most important years in your life. Thats the time where most people decide on their careers. But some people don’t know what their good at, but some how their talent just comes out of no where. Well heres a high school senior, who has a major talent in designing sneakers.

Austin Jermacans, a 17 -year-old high school student, was the winner of the Future Sole Contest. The contest included a Nike shopping spree, and a chance to meet with Melo himself. Jermacans designed a Melo M6, which was worn by Carmelo Anthony during a game a couple of nights ago. I can just imagine what this kid was going through when he met Carmelo. As some of you may or may not have seen… last night Carmelo Anthony and the Denver Nuggets beat the New York Knicks; nothing special. What is special though, is the career high 50 points Carmelo scored in 4 quarters of playing.  While his performance was quite impressive, what doesn’t impress me is the fact that Knicks forward, Danilo Gallinari, decided to get posterized by Melo; and that is where you come in.
