The Lakers add another NBA Championship to their historic franchise. The last time the Lakers took home the Larry O’Brien trophy, the timing could not have been better with the release of an LA edition Air Force 1. With the release of a second city series LA Air Force 1, The Lakers were on time to win their 15 NBA Championship. This version dubbed the “LA 2″ by many was a retooled version of a general release with Nike LA branding on the tongue tag and stitched on the rear panel of the sneaker.
