Tim is a young sneaker fan who got his hands on a pair of new Nike Dunks that aren’t set for release until 2009. These anthracite/”mean” green Nike Dunks were obtained using Tim’s connections at the Foot Locker. Tim’s preview of a 2009 Nike Dunk shows that the future may be a lot simpler than the past. The toe box and middle panel are dark gray and the heel is black to make the green elements pop off the shoe. Nike used green on the heel as well as the shoe laces to give wearers some color without going too over the top.
