Stand Out Soles created these custom Air Force Ones without providing his own model name. I was lucky enough to read the comments of one of the designer’s many fans who said that the pattern looks similar to kente cloth. Kente cloth is a multi-colored and patterned cloth that originates from Ghana. The Kente Cloth Air Force Ones look like the real thing without trampling on the symbolism of the ancient weaving style.
The front of the toe box and the tongue are painted brown to match the small spaces between patterns on the rest of the shoe. While the patterns can be difficult to see in the photos below, it is clear that Stand Out Soles used yellow, olive green and other colors for a mosaic of earthy tones. The heel and the Velcro wrap on the collar are painted yellow to match one of the dominant colors in this kente cloth pattern.
You can check out more work from Stand Out Soles at the Facebook page linked here. The aforementioned fan of the designer was right in citing how good these Air Force Ones would look with kente cloth. I think that Stand Out Soles did a terrific job getting the detailed patterns onto such a small canvas, demonstrating that painting on a sneaker is a true art.

AF1′s are startin to get played out now. a few years ago everyone was wearing thm. they need to retro the AF4′s from 1989 and the AF5′s from 1990, instead of making colorways that don’t watch anything!
props on these custom forces right here
