The Friendly Football Nike Air Max 1

I found these sweet new Nike Air Max 1s on SoleCal. After a bit of research, I could only find this style on the Japanese shoe site Essense but I did discover that these shoes are part of a three shoe set called the Friendly Football Pack. This particular shoe is called the Elephant Print due to the black/gray pattern on the heel.

The other two members of the Friendly Football Pack are pictured below but I think the Elephant Heel is the cream of the crop. I like the orange and blue accents on the upper half of the shoe set against the white outsole. The other members of the Friendly Football Pack are far too busy to be worn on a regular basis. The only criticism I have of these Air Max 1s is that the swoosh is cut off as soon as the special heel design starts. This cut-off version of the classic logo looks unnatural.
