The US sneaker brand Clae is an independent footwear label that focuses on high quality materials and production with a minimalist vintage inspired design. Clae presents its new releases for Fall 2009 which include subdued colorways of the Khan, Russell, Costeau, McQueen and the Thompson. Clae has been near the top of the “athleisure” category since their company launched in 2001. Their fusion shoes combine the comfort of an athletic sneaker along with styling of a casual shoe. Clae has been slowly gaining popularity and is now getting some attention from sneakerheads.

This summer, their collection features very simple designs and nice colorways that should appeal to a older, more sophisticated crowd. These shoes are expected to be available in July at oki-ni.
