The US sneaker brand Clae is an independent footwear label that focuses on high quality materials and production with a minimalist vintage inspired design. Clae presents its new releases for Fall 2009 which include subdued colorways of the Khan, Russell, Costeau, McQueen and the Thompson. If you are looking for a vibrant shoe with a laidback design and a comfortable build, check out these Kennedy sneakers from Clae. This tangerine version makes the shoes stand out but the simple lines stop the look from being too gaudy.

Clae first appeared on the scene in 2001 and then by 2003 they were winning awards for their shoe designs. After a short break, they are now back with a vengeance.

These shoes in the collection, which range in cost from approximately $100 to $140, are somewhat unique in that they each utilize one basic color. In the pictured shoes, you see three models – the green Cousteau ($105), purple Rollins ($135) and red Parker ($110).
