Do you ever wear a leather jacket? Are you looking for some hard hitting kicks? If so, check out these new shoes from Converse.

We read about these shoes over at Sneaker Freaker. These sneakers, known as the Converse Leather Jacket, are like a leather jacket for your feet. It definitely take a specialized taste to appreciate these sneakers but they are at the very least inventive.

The Converse Leather Jacket shoes come in black. The first thing you’ll probably notice is the faux zipper on the front of the shoe and the real zipper on the back of the shoe. The texture of the shoe is meant to mimic an actual leather jacket. For 2008, this could very well become one of Converse’s biggest releases.
