Nike Zoom Kobe V TB – Black/Purple

Even though the NBA isn’t playing basketball right now, Nike will continue to roll out signature models. Recently, we saw four newly released colorways of the Nike Zoom Kobe V. Well if that wasn’t enough for you, we get yet another new colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe V TB. This latest Nike Zoom Kobe V TB comes in a Black/Purple colorway. The shoe features Lakers purple, but no Lakers gold which could upset some Lakers fans. Most of this Nike Zoom Kobe V uses black. The Nike swoosh, toe box, tongue, midsole, heel and outsole are just some of the areas that use black. Neck-breaking purple accents appear on the inner lining, lace panels, tongue, toe and Nike swoosh border. You don’t see many two toned Nike Zoom Kobe Vs, so you should take advantage of this one. This Nike Zoom Kobe V TB is available now at Eastbay and other Nike retailers.

Nike Zoom Kobe V “Blackout”

The Nike Zoom Kobe V has some of the best colorways I have ever seen. If you’re out there trying to hunt down a bad colorway of the Kobe V, good luck because I don’t think there is one. This latest Zoom Kobe V features a very simple colorway, which is something every basketball player loves. It’s pretty obvious why this Kobe V is named “Blackout”, just take a look at the colorway. Black covers most of the sneaker, including the upper, inner lining and the Nike swoosh. Metallic silver accents appear on the Nike swoosh outline and heel tab. I can’t really find any flaws on this Nike Zoom Kobe V. Can you? These are expected to release sometime this holiday season. Stay with MyAirShoes for updates.

Nike Zoom V “Dark Knight”

Dark Knight

The Nike Zoom Kobe V in Black/Black-Dark Grey-Neptune Blue, the “Dark Knight,” will have a limited online availability this Saturday, January 23rd on NikeBasketball.com. Select stores will also be carrying these starting the same day. Metallic-finished electric blue is put to work on the fore- and midfoot, which pops right off of the matte and shiny black finishes used elsewhere. Grey is also used in abundance, while the shoe sits on an icy outsole.
Worn by Kobe Bryant, who many considers the best ball player right now, it’s a low-top championship tested shoe and is another addition to the Nike Zoom Kobe V line of shoes. I would want to get a pair of these not only because of the color combination but also because of good reviews of the shoe. Players who play the Guard position, whether it be the 1 or the 2, would be those I would recommend to wear them because it is very light on the foot, something you would want when you run up and down the court going on a break.

air-force-25-black-mamba-1air-force-25-black-mamba-2

It has been a great year for Kobe’s feet.  I mean how many shoes can you get named after you?  There was the Nike Zoom Kobe IV and V, then the SBTG Customer Dunk, then this one, the Nike Air Force 25 Low Premium Black Mamba.  Well it is actually like a Black Mamba, with the snakeskin upper.  It also has patent leather with an electric Neptune Blue stitching.  Sporting Purple laces and inner liner with the iced out sole gives the shoe a futuristic look.  Not bad for a 25th anniversary issue.  For the Kobe fanatics out there, get yours now!

Nike Zoom Kobe IV – Think Pink

Created for the worthy cause of honoring the late Kay Yow, who fought breast cancer with all the might of her soul but eventually had to suffer from a heroic defeat, Nike Think Pink features a solid pink upper with minimal white highlights and the Kay Yow Cancer Fund logo on the heel.

Choosing nike is commitment to perseverance and determination, a statement that no matter the outcome,  you should try, try again. The memory of this courageous lady is suitable to the beliefs and principles of Nike, and we see the concept realized in a brilliantly inspired design.

It is expected that the Think Pink will drop at the House of Hoops. The pair will make an excellent choice as quality footwear, as a tribute to courage, and a sign of commitment to good causes.

Nike Zoom Kobe IV – Black – White – Red

This innovative and unusual design from Nike is the newest in the Nike Zoom Kobe series. With its choice of colors, and the interesting details of the outsole and the forefoot, this is an exceptionally striking creation from Nike.

The details in red seem to declare proudly that the owner of this shoe can walk on fire with agility. We do not doubt the inner resilience of Nike’s fans, but with such mighty Nikes on their feet, we have the suspicion that even toddlers will possess the courage to walk, or at least run, on lava.

And that is the strength of the Nike Zoom series. It forces us to exceed out capabilities, transcend ourselves to do justice to these awesome designs that Nike’s enginners keep rolling out. These items, bearing the name of Kobe, are only for giants. Via marqueesole.com

To further capitalize on the wildly successful season of Kobe Bryant, Nike is scheduled to release another tribute shoes to the 2008 NBA Most Valuable Player. Last month, an MVP edition of the Zoom Kobe III was released. This time, the MVP commemorative shoes will be even more limited; they are going to be hyperstrikes.
