“Red Carpet” Nike Air Max LeBron VII: The homecoming shoe

Nike Air Max LeBron VII

Since the retirement of MJ from the sport, Nike has been on a lookout for s quality sports personality who can bear the brand image of Nike set by MJ.  Basketball is the most popular among the sports lovers, and to promote their shoe brand among the sports lovers, they were looking for someone who has got reasonable popularity and a huge fan base.  Their search ended at LeBron, the newest wonder of the game.  In no time, they have launched a number of Players Exclusive editions in the name of LeBron, and each of the collections earned huge popularity among the LeBron fans.  To continue this craze, they have launched another Player’s Exclusive collection, named “Red Carpet” Nike Air Max LeBron VII.

Red carpet is the term used for paying a warm reception to a person, and in this regard, this collection marks the celebration of Lebron’s joining to Nike.  To mark this joining, Nike has chosen their Air Max collection yet again, with a different colorway.  Unlike the typical Air max color combination, they have reversed the color contrast.  In contrast with the original Air Max collection,  here you will get the upper portion in Black, and  White on the outsole. On either sides of   “Red Carpet” Nike Air Max LeBron VII collection, you will get a unique net like design, and the logo of Nike appears in fluorescent blue on the sides. Just like the other LeBron Player’s exclusive editions, this collection is already a hit among the shoe lovers.

Nike Air Max LeBron VII NFW “Think Pink”

Breast cancer is big with major sports. The NFL takes breast cancer very seriously as many players wear pink apparel during certain NFL games. The MLB is also very serious about breast cancer as many players use pink bats, where home runs turn into very big donations. The NBA isn’t as big as those other professional sports, but some superstars take it very seriously. We got a look at the “Think Pink” version of the Kobe V a while back, and it was well received. Well Nike decides to take the “Think Pink” colorway to the Air Max LeBron VII NFW.

The shoe features a predominately white upper, with that same white covering the heel and mudguard. The toe area is done up in patent leather, while woven leather takes the place of flywire. Neck breaking pink accents appear on the Nike swoosh, collar area, inner lining, tongue tag, shoe laces, Air Max sole and the outsole. You can’t really hate on the colorway because it’s for a great cause. To get a better look at this Nike Air Max LeBron VII NFW, check out a few more images after the jump.

Nike Air Max LeBron VII – Christmas Sample

We all know how much success the Nike Air Max LeBron VII has had. With it being LeBron James signature sneaker, it was bound to have success no matter how the shoe looked. Well part of that success has to go to Nike because they have picked some real nice colorways for the Air Max LeBron VII. Well here is another outstanding colorway of the Nike Air Max LeBron VII, but unfortunately this one is a sample.

This sample is inspired after Christmas, which can clearly be seen with the color choice. The sneaker features a upper using mostly red with patent leather placed on the throughout the mudguard. White is placed on the midsole and shoe laces while green accents are seen on areas such as the Air unit and tongue. As mentioned before, these are a sample so don’t expect to get your hands on these. But if these were to release, would you pick these up?

Nike Air Max LeBron VII Lows – White/Metallic Silver/Neon

The Nike Air Max LeBron VII has had a lot of success since its debut. These and the Kobe Zoom V are two of the best basketball sneakers available. Once a shoe gets really successful, they are made into different designs. Well the Nike Air Max LeBron VII has also been given that same royal treatment.

Im pretty sure you all know the Dunkman Air Max LeBron VII by now. Well these Air Max LeBron VII Lows are inspired after the Dunkman with the same sort of colorway used. The exact colorway of this sneaker is White/Metallic Silver/Neon. White leather is used around the base of the upper and midsole while Metallic Silver covers the flywire and tongue. The eye-catching features has to go to the neon outsole as it could break heads instantly.

Custom Nike Air Max LeBron VII “MVPuppets”

We all have seen the MVPuppets commercials with Puppet Lebron, Puppet Kobe, and LiL Dez. Well that same commercial is a inspiration behind a pair of custom sneakers. These Custom Nike Air Max LeBron VIIs are designed by 1 OF Customs. 1 OF Customs really took in the idea of puppets and made it work great. To represent the puppets, a soft and fluffy material is placed on areas such as the mid-panels and heel. The trim around the soft material comes in red with quotes from the commercial placed throughout it. Also added to the sneaker is a white Nike Swoosh and black patent leather on areas such as the toe area. The soft material doesn’t really fit a pair of sneakers, but its not to bad on these. These are one of a kind, so they will not be available. Check out more pics after the jump. Via Sneakerobsession

LeBron James – Nike Air Max LeBron VII “Dunkman”

Its always a thrill to watch games between the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers. During yesterday’s game between the Celtics and Cavs, LeBron James had 42 pts and 9 ast. MVP anyone? Well other that his scoring show, LeBron James drew much attention towards his feet. During the game yesterday, LeBron James was balling in the Nike Air Max LeBron VII Dunkman. The bright shade of green had to distract the opposing players for sure. The Cavaliers trailed by a large amount, but the King led his team to a comeback and ultimately take the lead late in the 4th quarter. But it wasn’t enough as the Celtics pulled away with the win. But even though the Cavs lost, LeBron had the most heat on his feet. Check out more pics after the jump.

Nike Air Max LeBron VII – Heroes Pack

The Nike Air Max LeBron VII has owned some great colorways in the past. Of all the great colorways we have examined on the LeBron VII, my favorite has to be the Nike Air Max LeBron VII “All Star”. However, here we have two brand new colorways that could be some of the best we have seen.

These two colorways of the Air Max LeBron VII are inspired by two of the biggest idols LeBron James had as a child. The red pair is inspired by Deion Sanders, while the other pair honors Penny Hardaway. The pair that is inspired after Penny Hardaway borrows the colors from the Orlando Magic. Sorry to give you the bad news, but these will not release. But if they did, would these be a definite cop?

Nike Air Max LeBron VII Low – University of Kentucky PE

The University of Kentucky Basketball team has had a great season this year. They own most of their success to John Wall, who could be a potential number one pick in the NBA. A couple of week ago we got a look at the Nike Air Max LeBron VII UK Player Exclusive. In my opinion, i think that was one of the best colorways used on the Air Max LeBron VII. And now UK gets an other PE, this time around its the Nike Air Max LeBron VII Low.

The sneaker was made for the Home games, so the shoe comes in the Home colors of the Wildcats. Most of the sneaker comes in white, including the entire upper. Wildcat blue is seen on the outsole and liner, while blue patent leather is used on the Nike Swoosh. The shoe also features a splatter design on the shoe laces, which feature white and blue. The interlocked UK logo is seen on the tongue. I personally think that the high top version is much better, but let us hear your opinion.
