Said to be the last set for the Nike Air Penny Half-Cent collection, this black and spark green pair is a classic last hurrah for the collection. A combination of predominantly black pair with metallic silver accent for the Nike logo, and a well-thought of placement of the green accent all throughout, beautifully defining the outsoles with a translucent green color that got Celtics fans excited.
Set to be released in December 2009, it may be the last we see of the Nike Half-Cent collection after this pair. The collection also includes an all-black colorway and the Varsity Royal/Black-Metallic Silver sets.
