Nike Tennis Classic – Black/Gold

Yesterday, we saw the very simple Nike All Court Low in a White/Obsidian colorway. The All Court Low is one of Nike’s most simple and clean simple. Well another Nike sneaker falls right underneath the All Court Low with the simplicity factor. However, this latest Nike Tennis Classic isn’t as simple as previous colorways of the Tennis Classic. This new Nike Tennis Classic comes in a Black/Gold colorway. Black covers the top half of the sneaker, such as the toe and tongue. Clean white is put into use on the inner lining and midsole while gold accents appear on the Nike swoosh and tongue tag. Sand colored pebbled leather is placed on the heel tab and lining of the tongue. I just love the areas of gold. What do you think of this Nike Tennis Classic? Is this colorway a perfect fit for the Nike Tennis Classic? This Nike Tennis Classic is available now at select Nike retailers.

Nike Air Zoom Tennis Classic HF

Hiroshi Fujiwara has always had a soft spot for the Air Zoom Tennis Classic. For last year’s release, he made a unassuming, original and vintage style. Now, he’s back with a brand new interpretation of the Tennis Classic. The rumored release is a white leather version and blue suede. Today, we give you a glimpse of the pure white genius that is the Nike Air Zoom Tennis Classic.

For this year’s Spring 2010 collection, Hiroshi Fujiwara experimented with white uppers that are made of slightly shiny leather, but not necessarily patent leather. Gold foil details add a touch of subtle class for the shoe, it just screams premium kicks. As with previous releases, the shoe style is always minimalistic and simple. This release holds true to the tradition. The swoosh is done with perforations on the side of the shoe. And the Hiroshi trademark that is used only for HF collaborations is tucked in quietly on the back heel.

These kicks will drop on January 19th. So if you’re interested, better line up for them at selected Nike stores because these shoes are  hot. We’re predicting sold-outs nationwide.

Nike Tennis Classic: AC ND White, Navy Blue

2008 editions of the Nike Tennis Classic boasted of some nice colorways, and this year, we’re getting another surprise with the Nike Tennis Classic AC ND White, Navy Blue. This pair looks perfect for the Spring/Summer collection of the Nike Classics. Seems simple and unassuming but they have the premium kicks look all over it.

The whole shoe is white pebbled leather, along with the perforated Nike Swoosh. The laces are all white, along with the soles. The only color that can be seen are the red and blue details of the tongue tag, and the surprisingly striking navy blue heel tab with the Nike emblazoned in white. To contrast the all white shoe, the soles are given an off-white color. This shoe definitely fits the name Tennis Classic, simple and proven and tested design that will always be in style.

The pastel colors of spring have invaded the sneakerland this season, and Nike’s designers are not immune to this fashion either, only when they use these colors, they’re one thousand times better than anybody else in the market.

Both of these pairs are white with yellowed soles and laces, and there’s also one with red accents and another with blue heel tabs. Nike aims to spice up our lives with these beauties, and the smell of red hot chilli in the air is unmistakable.

These are set to be released on April 25th, but you can pre-order from atmos today!
